These Terms of Service govern your use of Privy Domains GmbH services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Privy Domains provides domain registration, transfer, management, and related services subject to applicable registry policies and ICANN regulations.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to registry availability and policies. Registration does not guarantee trademark rights. You must comply with the registration requirements of each TLD.

4. Payment Terms

Fees are due at registration or renewal. Prices may change with notice. Non-payment may result in domain suspension or loss.

5. Renewals

Domains must be renewed before expiration. We send renewal reminders but you are responsible for timely renewal. Auto-renewal is available.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use domains for illegal activity, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or trademark infringement. Violations may result in suspension.

7. Privacy Protection

WHOIS privacy is provided under separate terms. Privacy may be removed if legally required.

8. Transfers

Inbound and outbound transfers are subject to ICANN transfer policies and 60-day lock periods after registration or previous transfer.

9. Disputes

Domain disputes are subject to UDRP and applicable dispute resolution policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in Munich courts.

12. Changes

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
